As usual, I try to make sure I keep you up to date on the Writer’s Digest’s Annual Writing Competition submission deadlines and winners. I know this is late again, as I keep forgetting that the winners are announced in September. However, without further adieu, here are last year’s winners!

I think I missed the submission deadlines for last year’s competition, but I’m making it a point to get that to you guys this year, so stay tuned for that!
I also promise that I am working on getting that next plot post out. It’s just taking me a while to get all my ducks in a row on the research front. Plus, the job hunt is still on, and that’s taking up a decent amount of my time along with the wedding planning. Throw in a couple meltdowns because I’m bored, stressed, and overthinking things, and you’ve got me in the mood to procrastinate. (I know, I know, it’s not a good thing.)
I am going to work on a couple smaller posts in addition to the bigger ones, like the ones on plot), to help get the writing juices flowing again. If there’s random stuff thrown in there, that’s why.
